Legal Contract for Prince George`s County Office of Law

This legal contract is entered into by and between the Prince George`s County Office of Law, hereinafter referred to as “PGC Office of Law,” and the other party, hereinafter referred to as “Counterparty.”

WHEREAS, PGC Office of Law is a government entity responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to Prince George`s County;

WHEREAS, the Counterparty seeks legal services from PGC Office of Law;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows:
